Vintage Conditions: 2010 was a solid vintage in Sardinia, producing well-structured wines with good aging potential.
Aroma: Ripe blackberries, plums, dark cherries, tobacco, Mediterranean herbs, and hints of vanilla.
Palate: Full-bodied with velvety tannins, deep fruit flavors, and layers of spice, licorice, and cocoa.
Finish: Long, smooth, and complex with a nice balance of acidity and richness.
Aging Potential: Drinkable now but can continue to evolve until 2028+.

Pairs well with grilled meats, game, aged cheeses, and hearty pasta dishes.
