The Tormaresca Bocca di Lupo 2008 is a red wine from the Castel del Monte region in Puglia, Italy, produced by Tormaresca, a winery owned by the Antinori family. This wine is made from 100% Aglianico grapes.

Tasting Notes: The 2008 vintage is dark, ruby red in color and expresses a continuous, complex nose. Aromas of spice, mint, toasted oak, and quinine are expressed first, followed by ripe fruit, chocolate fudge, leather, tobacco, and blackberry pie. The tannins are tight and firm, and the long finish is characterized by black cherry and toasted espresso bean.

Food Pairings: This wine pairs well with hearty dishes such as roasted meats, game, and aged cheeses, complementing the rich flavors of these foods.
